On March 12–13, during the 2026 China Intelligent Terminal Supply Chain Industry Development Summit held alongside AWE, Dr. Kuang Zheng, CTO of Audfly, delivered a keynote speech titled “Acoustic Innovation: From ‘Hear Clearly’ to ‘Understand Clearly’ in Intelligent Terminals.” The presentation outlined Audfly’s vision for the evolution of Audio User Interfaces (AUI) and the growing role of acoustics in next-generation intelligent devices.

During the session, Dr. Kuang discussed how human-device interaction is shifting from screen-centered interfaces to multimodal experiences, where audio plays an increasingly important role. As device competition moves beyond hardware specifications toward computing power, AI models, and spatial interaction, acoustic technology is becoming a key enabler of more natural, intelligent, and context-aware user experiences.

The keynote emphasized the transformation of intelligent terminal acoustics from “hear clearly” to “understand clearly,” highlighting the growing role of acoustics in enabling more intelligent and responsive voice interaction. Within this context, Audfly introduced its dual-directional voice interaction solution, which combines directional sound output with AI-powered voice pickup to support precise sound delivery and accurate voice capture in complex environments. Together, these technologies form a complete voice interaction loop that enhances speech recognition reliability and provides higher-quality audio input for intelligent systems.
Audfly’s acoustic technologies are already being applied across multiple scenarios, including AI PCs, automotive systems, public service terminals, and self-service devices. As the role of acoustics continues to expand from basic audio transmission to intelligent interaction, Audfly remains committed to advancing the integration of acoustics and AI to support the next generation of smart devices and connected environments.
